About Pull a Book:
Book Club Discussion Guides Made Simple
Pull a Book was born from a simple dinner conversation: “Why is finding good book club discussion questions so hard?”
Book club leaders spend hours researching books, reading reviews, and crafting discussion questions. We thought there had to be a better way. Less than a week later, Pull a Book launched with a mission to give book club organizers their time back.
What We Offer
Our collection features over 100 bestselling titles spanning fiction, memoirs, romance, thrillers, literary fiction, and more. Each book includes approximately 14 thoughtfully crafted discussion questions designed to spark meaningful conversations and deeper connections within your book club.
Whether you’re running a casual neighborhood book club, organizing workplace reading groups, coordinating library book clubs, or hosting virtual literary discussions, Pull a Book provides the questions you need to facilitate engaging conversations without the preparation time.
How It Works
Browse our curated collection by genre, author, or title. When you find your next book club pick, you’ll discover discussion questions that go beyond plot summary. Our guides encourage readers to explore themes, character motivations, writing craft, and personal connections to the story—the conversations that make book clubs memorable.
Our Promise
Quality discussion guides that save you time. Currently, all our content is free as we build this community of book lovers. We’re constantly adding new titles and improving our collection based on what book clubs actually want to read and discuss.
What’s Next
We’re developing printable discussion guides, expanding our collection weekly, and building features requested by book club leaders like you. Have a title you’d love to see added? We’re listening.
